Situated in the heart of Waldorf, Maryland, Waldorf Station will consist of 302 apartments spread across 8 buildings with an attached Clubhouse and standalone pool cabana building. The project includes three 4-story wood-framed buildings and five 2-story wood framed carriage houses with covered parking. Amenities will include a dog park and a pool for residences.
