Waldorf Station Apartments

The Ironwood at Waldorf Station, spearheaded by CCG Residential, is progressing rapidly.

Upon completion, this Class-A residential development in Waldorf, MD, will feature 302 luxury apartments across eight buildings. Residents will enjoy premium amenities, including a resort-style pool, an expansive clubhouse, co-working and social lounges, fitness facilities, vehicle charging stations, and a dog park with a pet spa.

Currently drywall is being installed as well as masonry and siding for Building 1, framing is underway for Buildings 3 and 7, and the roofs are complete for Buildings 1, 2, 4, 5, and 6 with MEP rough-ins going on in 2, 4, 5 & 6.
