First Look of Canopy on Western Apartments Clubhouse

Get a first look at the new clubhouse at Canopy on Western Apartments, formerly known as Waldorf Technology Park Apartments, in Waldorf, MD.

This multifamily development, designed by TS3 Architects and located in Waldorf, MD, consists of seven mid-rise, Class A, elevator-served residential buildings totaling 272 apartments. Enhancing the community, the project includes two standalone clubhouse/fitness buildings, a pool, and several outdoor amenities.

We’re proud to have been the trusted partner for NewCastle Development Group on this development.

This marks CCG Residential’s second multifamily project completed in Waldorf, MD this year, alongside The Ironwood at Waldorf Station.
