The Hamlet Woods project in Bladensburg, MD is moving full speed ahead.

Water distribution is complete, and dry utility work is now underway. One building is pouring slab-on-grade, another is in final grading and basement excavation, and a third is kicking off electrical and plumbing.

When complete, the community will include 59 three- and four-bedroom rental townhomes. Designed by Studio K Architecture, these homes will bring more high-quality, affordable housing options to families across Prince George’s County.
