Canopy on Western Apartments | Recently Completed

Check out CCG Residential's recently completed multi-family development, Canopy on Western Apartments located in Waldorf, MD.

Built in collaboration with architectural firm TS3 Architects, this apartment complex consists of seven mid‑rise, Class A, elevator buildings, totaling 272 apartments. Amenities include two standalone clubhouse and fitness buildings, a swimming pool, and several outdoor recreational areas.

We are proud to have delivered this project for NewCastle Development Group and to have played a key role in bringing their vision to life.
