501 Hillsborough

CCG Residential Construction was selected for a mixed-use project located at 501 Hillsborough in Raleigh, North Carolina. This project is a new, 8-level mixed-use building including 221 multi-family units, amenity spaces, retail spaces, parking garage and a full site package. Construction is slated to start late 2023.

The Structure is 5-levels of wood framing above a 3-story concrete podium with the lowest level being below-grade.

The Skin is a combination of Masonry, Manufactured Stone Veneer, Fiber Cement Panels and Siding, Vinyl Windows, Aluminum Storefront and TPO roof with Standing Seam Metal Roof accents.

Sitework includes Grading, Utilities, Site Concrete, Asphalt Paving and Striping, Site Amenities/Furnishings and Landscaping.
