Aura is making exciting progress! Once complete, this 6-story, 570,639 SF apartment building for Klein Enterprises and The Dolben Company will be the newest multi-family development in Prince George's County.

All buildings have topped out, and the last building is currently receiving its roofing. Inside, the mock-up unit is complete with all finishes and appliances. The 419-spot parking garage is structurally complete, facade finishes are now being installed, and exterior storefronts and window installations are ongoing throughout the buildings.
