Eagle Park Vistas and Villages

CCG Residential Construction is making substantial progress of Eagle Park Vistas and Villages.

Located in Hanover, MD and designed by Moseley Architects, this multi-family project will total 120 units distributed between three buildings. The Villages will feature two 3-story wood-framed buildings with 48 units, while the Vistas will be a 4-story, 74,900-square-foot senior living building with 72 single-family apartments.

Currently, we're focused on the MEP rough-in for the garden-style apartments and framing the second floor of the senior living Vistas building. Over the next few weeks, the Villages section will be insulated and enclosed, work on framing the Vistas building will continue, and the foundation work for the Community building will begin.
