Elms Mt Vernon | Project Update

Major progress is underway at Elms Mt. Vernon in Alexandria, VA.

The precast garage erection is complete, and MEP rough-ins are underway in Building 2. Roofing and window installation will begin later this month, while concrete foundation work for Building 1 will continue through early March.

This 5-story multifamily development will feature 280 units and premium amenities, including a fitness center, resident lounge, interior courtyard, swimming pool, and public spaces.
