Progress is taking shape at Hamlet Woods in Prince George's County, MD!

Our CCG Residential Construction team has been hard at work bringing this thoughtfully designed community to life. With embankment stabilization complete, retaining wall installation underway, and steady progress on wet utilities, the site continues to make great strides. The building pad for Building E is also prepped and ready for concrete.

When finished, Hamlet Woods designed by Studio K Architecture will feature 59 three- and four-bedroom rental townhomes.
