Construction is moving along at Hamlet Woods, a new rental townhome community coming to Prince George’s County, Maryland.

Each building is in a different phase, with work ranging from framing, MEP rough‑ins to drywall, cabinets, and paint.

Once complete, Hamlet Woods will include 59 thoughtfully designed three‑ and four‑bedroom rental townhomes, providing additional high‑quality, affordable housing options for families.
