Waldorf Station Apartments

CCG Residential Construction has hit the ground running on Waldorf Station Apartments!

The site has been brought to grade, and the site work is well underway, with the last of the utilities being installed. In the first building, wood framing is progressing on the upper floors, and slabs are being poured for buildings 2 and 4.

Once complete, this multi-family project in Waldorf, MD will feature 302 apartments across eight buildings, including an attached clubhouse, a standalone pool cabana building, and covered parking.

CCG Residential is proud to collaborate with Greenberg Gibbons and MCB Real Estate on this joint venture to bring the Waldorf Station Apartments project from concept to completion!
