CCG Residential Construction's project Waldorf Station Apartments is making substantial strides.

Once finished, this Class-A residential development in Waldorf, MD will feature 302 apartments across eight buildings, complemented by top-of-the-line amenities including a resort-style pool, expansive clubhouse, co-working and social engagement lounge, fitness facilities, vehicle charging stations, and a dog park and pet spa.

Currently, the roof is being installed on Building 1, alongside ongoing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC rough-ins. Building 2 is undergoing framing, while footings are being developed for Building 3. Roof trusses are also being placed on the poolside cabana and Building 4.
