The Park At Winters Run

Named after the river that runs through Harford County, The Park at Winters Run is a market rate apartment community in Bel Air, Maryland. The project includes 288 units in 7 different buildings, 6 freestanding garage structures (92 individual garages), a community club house building and a leasing office. Over 140,000 CY was cut to fill earthwork on the site. The project included extensive stormwater management, including 2 larger underground storage facilities and 22 bio-retention ponds. In addition, Chesapeake completed 1000’ extension of Harford County road, including a 120’ long culvert over stream that was 30’+ below new roadway elevation. A new traffic signal was also added on Bel Air Road (Route 1). Apartment amenities include: nine-foot ceilings, walk-in closets, upscale kitchens with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, a patio/balcony and a full-size washer and dryer.
