Elms Mt. Vernon Topping Out

CCG Residential celebrated the topping out of Elms Mt. Vernon in Alexandria, VA, a significant milestone for the entire project team.

Interior finishing has now begun in the first of the two buildings, and all framing is expected to be completed within the next month. During that same timeframe, permanent power is anticipated to be installed, and elevator installation will begin.

Once completed, this multifamily community will feature 280 residential units along with premium amenities, including a fitness center, resident lounge, and swimming pool.
