The Aura

CCG Residential Construction is excited to report significant progress on The Aura multi-family development located in Prince George’s County. Upon completion, The Aura will stand tall at 6 stories, encompassing a total of 570,639 square feet, and house 379 units.

At this time all building foundations have been completed along with all stair and elevator shafts. The 419-spot parking garage is fully erected and recent design changes have tripled the number of electric vehicle charging stations than originally designed. Wood framing has significantly progressed to the upper floors on more than half of the building and roofing is scheduled to start in early January. At the end of the month, the 1st phase of window deliveries will arrive, and exterior façade work will follow.
