The Edge at Middelton

The Edge at Middleton located in Aberdeen, MD has seen notable changes. Building A's MEP rough-ins are substantially complete and the roof is near completion. Building B & C's framing are largely done and Building C's MEP has started. Along with the buildings, the site grading is heavily complete, and site topsoil spreading is ongoing.

The Edge at Middleton located in Aberdeen, MD has seen notable changes. Building A's MEP rough-ins are substantially complete and the roof is near completion. Building B & C's framing are primarily done and Building C's MEP has started. Along with the buildings, the site grading is heavily complete, and site topsoil spreading is ongoing.

In the next 30 days, layout and excavation of the pool will take place and Building B's installation of windows will begin. For Building C and the Commons Building the roofing will start. As for Building A, fabrication of handrails and guardrails will take place along with the completion of stairs.
