The Pennant

Located in the heart of Fells Point in Baltimore City, the five-story multifamily apartment building, The Pennant, is buzzing with activity.

The site is busy with structural steel and decking being placed on the second deck, cast auger piles being drilled in the new section of the building, site utility work nearing completion, and masonry work ongoing. CCG Residential Construction is looking forward to pouring concrete on the second deck this month and setting the tower crane in January prior to the start of wood framing.
