Located in Severn, MD, The Residences at Sandy Farms is a 414,000 SF, 4 story, wood framed multifamily project designed by Poole and Poole Architecture.
 
The Residences at Sandy Farms features include a luxurious club house with fitness center, business center, game room, two-story club room with kitchen and a high-end leasing center. Outside, the complex will offer a pool, bocce court, putting green and playground.
 
At this time, drywall work is complete in 80% of apartments, and cabinets and countertops are being installed. We recently got permanent power to 25% of the apartments which will allow MEP Trim, flooring and the remainder of finishes to be begin. Additionally, we are starting to focus on rough-in and finishes for the high-end interior amenity spaces and work on the custom pool and exterior amenity spaces.
