The Residences at Sandy Farms

Great progress happening at CCG Residential’s The Residences at Sandy Farms project. Designed by Poole & Poole Architecture, this 414,000 SF, 4 story, wood framed multifamily project is located in Severn, Maryland.

Framing of the 300 apartments is almost complete. The roof and over 2,000 vinyl windows and sliding doors have been installed. Turnover for the first units is expected in the Spring of 2023. MEP rough-in is completed and inspected in over 50% of the apartments. The interior finishes and exterior finishes including Hardie Panel Siding, Hardie Lap Siding, and Cultured Stone Veneer are getting started. On the job manpower has average 105 people per day over the last six months, steadily increasing as interior finishes continue. CCGR is scheduled for overall completion in the Fall of 2023.
