Woodyard Station

Great progress happening at Woodyard Station. The two 4-story buildings have been framed and windows and roofs installed.

Currently, the multi-family and senior building are having brick veneer and Hardie siding put in place and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough in is underway. The multi-family building is also being insulated while the senior building is being pre-rocked.

Next on the schedule is asphalt paving of the parking lot and installing drywall in the multi-family building.
