CCG Residential Construction recently completed a new, 33-unit multi-family project located at 115 W. Hamburg St. in Baltimore City. The 30,200 SF apartment complex replaced an existing 8,000 SF, one-story commercial building on a .237 acre lot. Located a few blocks from M&T Bank Stadium and a block from Federal Hill Main Street, the building amenities include a rooftop deck, first-floor bike room, and first-floor lounge area.
