This project, now known as Canopy on Western Apartments and formerly referred to as Waldorf Technology Park Apartments, is located in Waldorf, MD. It consists of seven (7) mid‑rise, Class A, elevator‑served residential buildings totaling 272 apartments. The community also includes two standalone clubhouse and fitness buildings, a swimming pool, and multiple outdoor amenity areas designed to enhance residents’ recreation and overall living experience.
